  • 115 oz almonds
  • 312 oz dried figs
  • 13 oz flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons jumbo rolled oats
  • 13 oz pumpkin seeds
  • 13 oz sunflower seeds
  • 2 oz unflavoured sunwarrior protein powder
  • 34 cup water


  1. Blend the almonds, seeds, protein powder and dried figs together using an immersion blender or food processor.
  2. Add the protein powder to the mixture, along with the water.
  3. Divide the mixture, fashion it into bar shapes and roll in the porridge oats.
