  • 115 oz almonds
  • 312 oz dried figs
  • 13 oz flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons jumbo rolled oats
  • 13 oz pumpkin seeds
  • 13 oz sunflower seeds
  • 2 oz unflavoured sunwarrior protein powder
  • 34 cup water


  1. Mash the almonds and seeds together in a bowl until they have a flour like consistency.
  2. Add the protein powder to the mixture, along with the water.
  3. Then crush the dried figs and mix those in too.
  4. Divide the mixture, fashion it into bar shapes and add the porridge oats.
