For the dry ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 oz unflavoured sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1 cup wheat flour

For the flax egg

  • 6 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tbsps ground flaxseed

For the wet ingredients

  • 1¼ cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup sparkling water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

For the topping

  • ½ tsp cinnamon ground
  • 2 mangos (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup soy yogurt


  1. In a small bowl add the ingredients for the flax egg, mix well and leave it there while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, except the oil for frying.
  3. Add all the wet ingredients, and mix well with a whrisk.
  4. Add a bit of oil to a frying pan and add 1/4 cup of the batter per crepe, distribute the batter equally thin in a round shape.
  5. Fry from both sides for about 2 minutes, you should have 2-3 crepes per serving.
  6. After finishing the crepes add the toping and sprinkle with cinnamon, enjoy!
