Strawberry Cheesecake Smoothie

For the strawberry cheesecake

  • ¼ cup cashew nuts
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 2 tbsps unflavoured sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water

For the topping

  • 1 piece grahams cracker (crumble)


  1. Add the the strawberry cheesecake ingredients to a blender and blend well.
  2. Add the crumbled graham cracker to the glass first, then pour in the smoothie, alternatively sprinkle them on top, enjoy!
