Pasta with Cauliflower Pesto

For the pasta

  • 8 oz pasta

For the cauliflower pesto

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp black pepper (ground)
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower (unthaw)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • ¼ lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsps nutritional yeast
  • 2 tablespoons pine seeds (toasted)
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  1. Heat up a big pot of water for the pasta.
  2. Heat up a small pot of water to boil the cauliflower until soft for about 7 minutes
  3. Add the cauliflower pesto ingredients to a blender and blend well until smooth.
  4. Adjust the taste of the pesto and mix with the pasta, enjoy!
