For the dry ingredients

  • 1 medium coconut (thinly chopped)
  • ½ cup flaxseed flakes
  • 2 cups fruit muesli

For the wet ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 10 oz pineapple (chopped)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (350 F).
  2. Use an immersion blender and blend all the wet ingredients until smooth.
  3. Pour it into a big bowl and mix it well with the dry ingredients.
  4. cover a baking dish or a baking tray with baking paper and add the mixture to it.
  5. the muesli bar should be approximately 3 cm ( 1 inch) thick.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes and let it cool down before you slice it.
