Low Carb Keto Cauliflower Mash

For the cauliflower mash

  • 12 cup almond milk
  • 1 head cauliflower (florets)
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)

For the seasoning

  • 12 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsps nutritional yeast
  • 12 tsp sea salt


  1. Heat up the oil in a big pot and add the cauliflower and garlic, roast for about 1-3 minutes.
  2. Add the almond milk and boil the cauliflower until soft on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. You can now either use a food processor or a blender, to blend the cauliflower until smooth.
  4. Add the pureed cauliflower to a bowl and mix in the seasoning, adjust taste before serving.
