  • 312 oz baby corn
  • 3 medium carrot (sliced into strips)
  • 134 oz celery (chopped)
  • 312 oz dadelion leaves
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 8 tablespoons hummus
  • 1 medium scallion (finely chopped)
  • 312 oz tempeh (sliced)
  • 4 large whole grain pita bread


  1. Place the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the baby corn, celery, scallion and tempeh for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Put the dandelion leaves into the wraps and add the heated ingredients. Top off with a couple of tablespoons of hummus and serve immediately.
