Ingredients

  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 dash black pepper (ground)
  • 12 cup hummus
  • 1 tbsp peanuts (crushed and roasted)
  • 2 medium radish (sliced)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 large whole grain pita bread

Directions

  1. Slice the pita bread and spread it with hummus.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients salt and pepper.
