We didn't add it in the ingredient list, but we'd highly recommend adding the herb Ashwagandha to this smoothie to help combat todays stressful lifestyle. It's scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety, cortisol, and c-reactive protein. We add 5 teaspoons per person to ours.
