Avocado with Broccoli and Sweet Potato Fries

For the avocado

  • 1 avocado (sliced)

For the cooked veggies

  • 1 bunch broccoli (florets)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb sweet potato (cleaned and cut into thick fries)

For the sauce

  • ¼ cup cashew nuts (toasted)
  • 2 dashes chili flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 dashes sea salt
  • 2 dashes turmeric powder (optional)
  • ¼ cup water


  1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees (430 F), and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Use a bowl and mix the sweet potato fries with the oil, and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Steam the broccoli florets for about 3-5 minutes until still slightly crunchy.
  4. To make the sauce toss everything into a food processor your use an immersion blender to create a smooth dip.
  5. Serve the veggies alongside the avocado together with the dip, enjoy!
