Ingredients

  • 12 avocado (mashed or sliced)
  • 1 dash black pepper (ground)
  • 2 slices sandwich bread wholegrain (toasted)
  • 2 small scallion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 medium tomato (sliced)

Directions

  1. Spread the avocado on toast, sprinkle the scallion, salt and pepper and top and add tomato sliced, enjoy!
