For the crumble

  • 2 medium apple (inside removed thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries (unthawed )
  • 1 lemon (juiced)
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup

For the topping

  • ¼ cup hazelnuts (chopped)
  • ¼ cup jumbo rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pecan nuts (chopped)
  • ¼ cup sliced almond

For the sauce

  • 2 tsps cinnamon ground
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin coconut oil
  • ½ inch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 tbsps maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt


  1. Arrange the apple slices in spiral shape in a tart dish (one per dish per serving) and sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid browning.
  2. Mix the the raspberries with the maple syrup and spread it evenly on top of the apples.
  3. Add the nuts for the topping to a food processor and blitz it, if you don't have a food processor just use a big knife and chop them really small, mix with the oats and sprinkle on top of the berries.
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients and sprinkle it on top of the oat and nut topping, enjoy!
