Our cauliflower bites are the little pocket rockets that just keep on giving. Not only are they perfect sides for just about any dish you want to serve in the festive season (or any season), they also make a great snack for those moments when you’re not overly hungry. Truth be told, you could enjoy these at any time without a reason, just because you can.
Being very easy to make is a one of my favorite parts about this recipe. Chop them, coat them, bake them, eat them! If you are making other items, why not prepare these and pop them into the oven, then continue with making the rest. If timed well, your cauliflower bites should be ready when everything else is too! How simple is that.
To make this recipe, you will need 6 ingredients and 35 minutes. You will also be happy to know that this is a ‘no fuss’ clean up recipe – you only need a bowl, a mixing spoon, and a baking tray.
Cauliflower is the main star of this side, which is probably not a big surprise. What may come as a surprise though, is how nutritional this vegetable is. Cauliflower is a great source of folate, vitamin C, vitamin K, dietary fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, and vitamin B-6. As if that’s not enough, it is also low in calories.
We team this powerhouse vegetable with some tasty and textured ingredients including avocado, soy sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, and white wine vinegar. Honestly, how good does this sound?
Easy roasted cauliflower bites are the perfect side or snack because they are:
On the odd chance you need to store any leftovers, you can do so by storing your bites in an airtight container, in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
Don’t forget to reheat them before you consume – you can do this by a microwave or popping them back into the oven for a short time. Just be sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
And there you have it, the easy roasted cauliflower bites. Have fun making these!
